Fleet Feet Sweetheart Run

 The Tulsa Texas Exes will be participating in the Fleet Feet Sweetheart Run on February 11, 2012 to support our National Day of Caring.  Fleet Feet will be donating Run proceeds to scholarships for families who wish to send their children suffering from heart disease to attend Champ Camp.

 Register online at this link https://www.signmeup.com/site/online-event-registration/80080 on or before Monday, February 6, 2012 at 6:00 a.m.  Our special group code is TXEXES, which will give us the special registration rate of $23.00/per person.  The run will start and end  in front of Fleet Feet’s Blue Dome Store, located at 2^nd & Frankfort.  The 5K Run/Walk begins at 7:45 a.m. the 10K at 8:00 a.m.

You will need to arrive in advance and pick up your packet inside the Blue Dome Store.  A Pancake breakfast will be served after the race under the Tent set up in the parking lot.  We are informed that there is some store parking available, and lots of street and close open parking lots with a block in which to park.

We suggest to meet at the Tent no later than 7:30 a.m. after you have picked up your registration packet.  You can register at the store if you miss the online registration, but you might not get a T-shirt.  Catherine and or Dallas Cooper have coordinated this effort and will be looking for you, so that walkers or runners can stay together if you chose. 

Make sure you wear a UT Longhorn hat or other burnt orange gear so that we can show others that we care!
